Returns for shop credit or exchange only, minus the cost of shipping, will be considered on an individual basis. Please email email@example.com with questions about a return or exchange, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs - shipping items back to us, and shipping out a new item if it is an exchange. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value and we retain the right to refuse to complete the exchange or refund. We highly recommend sending items via tracked and insured post - we are not responsible for packages that are lost along the way back to us.
When we receive the returned item, we will issue a shop credit for the amount paid, minus the original shipping cost.
Please check size charts and measurements carefully before placing your order - our sizing may differ from that of other brands, and from Little Deer pieces from past collections.
Little Deer cannot accept order cancellations. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately.
